About Aly

B.S. Kinesiology, CPT, CES, PPSC

Aly is a strength and wellness specialist based in New York City with expertise in strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and assisted stretching. Her work centers on improving movement quality, building lean muscle, and developing sustainable habits that support long-term performance and resilience.

She earned her degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, where she began working directly with clients while deepening her understanding of biomechanics and performance science. She later advanced her expertise at StretchLab under one of the company’s national master trainers and at Life Time’s flagship Edina location, where she developed and led the club’s assisted stretching program.

A former competitive volleyball athlete, Aly understands firsthand the physical demands of high-level training. After navigating years of chronic back pain, she developed a deep respect for intelligent programming, recovery, and long-term sustainability. That experience continues to shape her approach and allows her to guide clients with both technical precision and practical empathy.

Today, she works privately with professionals and athletes who want structured, high-level coaching. Every program is built around movement efficiency, recovery strategy, and progressive strength development.
